Atlantic City’s Borgata casino—now owned by MGM Resorts International—will switch its My Borgata rewards program to MGM’s M life Rewards loyalty program.

The company said in a press release that the move will allow its customers special access across MGM Resorts’ portfolio. The move happens June 7.

“The ability to offer our devoted customers a connection from Borgata to sister properties in Las Vegas and throughout the country is an invaluable asset and something that we are extremely eager to introduce,” said Tom Ballance, President and Chief Operating Officer for Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in the release. “The timing couldn’t be more ideal, as MGM Resorts expands their presence into the mid-Atlantic and Northeast United States with the recent opening of the $1.4 billion MGM National Harbor in Maryland and the upcoming 2018 opening of MGM Springfield in Massachusetts.”

All current card level access will remain intact; while new benefits such as personalized offers, complimentary parking for Pearl and above, and M life Moments, will be added to enhance the program’s value to members, the release said.

In another announcement, Borgata will launch a free-to-play social casino site. The site will be called BorgataFreeCasino.com.

The free-to-play casino site and mobile app can be enjoyed anywhere in the world and feature compelling in-game benefits which can be redeemed at Borgata, a press release said.

“Borgata is thrilled to offer our customers an innovative simulated gaming service with the introduction of BorgataFreeCasino.com,” said Steve Nathan, Vice President of Online Gaming for Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa. “The ability to experience some of the exceptional slots and table games featured here on property from your computer, tablet, or phone for free with the future prospect of integrating with Borgata’s loyalty program is another extraordinary incentive for our players.”

BorgataFreeCasino.com offers over 100 free online casino games, including slots, blackjack, roulette, video poker, bingo, and keno.

Also, Balance, president of Borgata, has accepted a new position with MGM Resorts. He will become executive vice president of operations after he spends the summer transitioning and working to identify a successor, the company said in a press release.
