The Colorado Limited Gaming Control Commission recently granted Full House Resorts Inc. gaming licenses for the company’s pending acquisition of Bronco Billy’s Casino and Hotel in Cripple Creek, Colorado. Full House officials said they will close on the purchase by the end of first quarter pending regulatory approvals and primary debt refinancing.

Full House Resorts also announced for fourth quarter 2015 it expects consolidated net revenues of $29.9-$30.6 million, compared to $26.7 for fourth quarter 2014, and consolidated operating income of $0.5-$1.2 million for fourth quarter 2015, compared to an operating loss of $4.8 million for fourth quarter 2014.
Full House officials also said for the full year of 2015 they are expecting consolidated net revenues of $124-$124.7 million, compared to $121.4 million in 2014. Consolidated operating income is expected to be $4.8-$5.5 million, compared to an operating loss of $13.8 million for 2014.
