Bwin.party has launched Sportster—Beta and win, a social sports-betting game, on Facebook.
The game was developed in partnership with games and tech-company Nordeus, as well as Win, the bwin.party-backed publisher of social casino games.
Along with different modes for sports betting, players can also bet on virtual matches where the outcomes are determined using real-world stats and the game’s proprietary odds prediction engine.
“Sportster—Bet and Win is one of the first and most unique social sports betting games,” said Barak Rabinowitz, CEO of Win. “Virtual match betting with interactive features like ‘Bet Race’ keep the heart-pumping action going even when there are no real-world matches happening.”
