Cadillac Jack’s, Caravelle Pick IGT Systems

Cadillac Jack’s Gaming Resort in Deadwood, South Dakota and the soon-to-open Caravelle Hotel in the Virgin Islands will deploy IGT system solutions.

International Game Technology has announced an agreement with Cadillac Jack’s Gaming Resort in Deadwood, South Dakota, to deploy a comprehensive suite of IGT solutions and applications to enhance the property’s IGT Advantage casino management system.

The company also announced that the soon-to-open Caravelle Hotel in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, will install IGT’s System2Go casino management system.

Cadillac Jack’s has enhanced its IGT Systems with IGT Media Manager, Service Window and a full suite of systems applications to expand the scope of entertainment and amenities for players.

The upgrade to Media Manager and floor-wide Service Window also includes the Random Riches and Carded Lucky Coin featuring Celebration Prizes bonusing applications.

Cadillac Jack’s can now offer players the IGT On Demand Services suite, which enables ordering of beverages, valet service, summoning of the casino host, and much more from an interactive touch screen on each game connected to the system. To simplify its promotional drawings with paperless entries, Cadillac Jack’s has also deployed IGT Virtual Drawing Manager.

“We share Cadillac Jack’s commitment to leveraging technology to elevate the overall player experience, whether that is through bonusing capabilities or personalized beverage and valet service,” said Nick Khin, IT’s senior vice president of sales for North American gaming and interactive. “With the addition of IGT Media Manager and Service Window, Cadillac Jack’s can provide significantly faster, more personalized customer service across a network of more than 200 electronic gaming machines.”

“We’re ushering in a new standard of customer service with IGT Media Manager and Service Window,” said Caleb Arceneaux, Liv Hospitality CEO. “With this floor-wide deployment and the inclusion of IGT On Demand applications, our player engagement and incentive capabilities rival any casino in the country. Plus, the addition of IGT bonusing applications means that we can offer our players more entertainment, more ways to win, and more reasons to play at Cadillac Jack’s.”

“The installation of the IGT Media Manager and Service Window will allow us to remain on the cutting edge of technology and player interaction,” added David Schneiter, general manager of Cadillac Jack’s. “The gaming experience we are able to offer our guests is second to none in the market. The ability to promote our market-leading giveaways and destination resort amenities are expected to help our bottom line.”

Meanwhile, Caravelle Hotel’s slot floor will be comprised of a leading floor share of 54 percent IGT machines, and IGT’s System2Go casino management system will connect the property’s 75 electronic gaming machines and will empower Caravelle Hotel to execute a variety of operational functions including accounting, remote reporting, jackpot management and more.

“This games and systems agreement with Caravelle Hotel is an extension of IGT’s momentum in advancing the entertainment value and operational capabilities of gaming destinations throughout the Caribbean,” said Marcel Heutmekers, IGT vice president, commercial gaming international. “By partnering with Caravelle Hotel at the ground level, IGT was able to leverage its decades of experience and its best-in-class game and systems portfolios to help fulfill the vision of a modern, world-class gaming destination.”
