Caesars Entertainments Partners With Uber in New Jersey

Caesars Entertainment and Uber New Jersey have partnered together to try and drive more tourists to Atlantic City. The companies have both launched an education campaign to promote using Uber to visit the resort.

Caesars Entertainment wants you to take Uber to their Atlantic City casinos.

The company and Uber New Jersey announced a partnership to promote the car service as a convenient and safe way to visit Atlantic City.

As part of the partnership, Uber will message riders to inform them how easy it is to take an Uber to Atlantic City. And guests staying at Bally’s, Harrah’s Resort, or Caesars will be able to take their first Uber ride – up to $20 – for free, according to NJ.com

“Caesars Entertainment prides itself on partnering with organizations whose customer service strategy matches ours best – it is no surprise that our Atlantic City casinos and resorts will now have the convenience of Uber to offer to our customers,” Jocelyn Allison, Caesars Entertainment Atlantic City’s regional vice president for marketing, said in a release. “Uber has an outstanding customer service reputation and we are confident this partnership will only drive more visitations to Caesars, Harrah’s Resort and Bally’s.”

The companies said they also plan to work together to improve the pickup experience for riders and drivers at all three Caesars casinos—Caesars, Bally’s and Harrah’s.

The move comes despite the fact that Uber services in Atlantic City—as in many jurisdictions—have come under scrutiny for violating the city’s taxi and limousine regulations. The city has issued more than 100 tickets to Uber drivers for alleged violation
