November will see the debut of the first of Caesars Entertainment’s four luxury non-gaming destinations in Dubai.
Located on Bluewaters Island, a man-made mixed-use coastal development near popular Jumeirah Beach, the properties will be unveiled to the market this week with the opening on Friday of a water club called Cove Beach. Three hotels will follow Caesars Palace Bluewaters Dubai on November 15, along with the accompanying Residences at Caesars Palace Bluewaters Dubai, and Caesars Resort Bluewaters Dubai in December.
“These resorts mark the opening of our first non-gaming resorts and demonstrates the strong demand among developers and guests to see our flagship brands brought into new global markets,” Caesars CEO Mark Frissora said.
Developed by Meraas, a Dubai-based conglomerate with holdings throughout the United Arab Emirates in real estate, hospitality and tourism, retail, health care and technology, Bluewaters Island at full build-out will feature entertainment, hospitality, residential and retail zones and is forecast to attract more than 3 million visitors annually.
Located on the Persian Gulf, Dubai is the largest city in the UAE with a population of 3.1 million and the capital of one of the seven emirates that make up the country.
