Caesars Signs Charter Air Service Agreement

Under a new five-year agreement, Caesars Entertainment will offer Caesars Rewards members Sun Country Airlines charter service at Gulfport, Mississippi and Laughlin, Nevada, starting March 2022.

Caesars Entertainment will provide Sun Country Airlines charter service at the Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport in Gulfport, Mississippi and Laughlin, Nevada, under a new 5-year agreement starting March 2022.

Caesars Entertainment President and Chief Operating Officer Anthony Carano said, “We have partnered with Sun Country to fly our loyal Caesars Rewards members to unique destinations across the country, including THE ROW Reno; Harrah’s and Harveys Lake Tahoe; Harrah’s and Tropicana Laughlin; Harrah’s Gulf Coast; and Caesars, Harrah’s Resort and Tropicana Atlantic City. We look forward to offering this convenient and reliable charter service to our guests and exploring opportunities to expand our partnership.”

Sun Country Airlines Chief Revenue Officer Grant Whitney added, “Sun Country is thrilled to partner with Caesars to provide reliable charter service for their guests. Charter operations are a key component of our diversified business model and the great employees of Sun Country allow us to differentiate ourselves in the charter market.” More aircraft may be added under the contract if needed.

Harrah’s Biloxi General Manager Jonathan Jones said most flights to Gulfport will be incoming from markets with Caesars Rewards customers, but primarily from Texas, the Midwest, east Tennessee and the Carolinas through Florida, as well as Atlanta. With 60 million members, Caesars has the largest rewards program in the world, Jones said.

Sun Country Airlines currently operates flights out of the Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport in partnership with Beau Rivage Resort and Casino.
