At the Canadian Gaming Summit taking place this week in Niagara Falls, Global Gaming Women will showcase the contributions of women leaders in the gaming industry.
As part of the opening events, CGS will host GGW members at the Canadian Gaming Association Chair’s Reception. Also, GGW board member and All-In Gaming & Hospitality Group Founder and Principal Advisor Helen MacMillan will facilitate a panel discussion, “How Collaboration Leverages the Opportunities Technology Brings to Casino Operations,” with Gateway Casinos & Entertainment Senior Vice President of Marketing Carrie Kormos, BCLC Director of Corporate Marketing & Engagement Karen Gray and Scientific Games Senior Vice President of Gaming Systems Cath Burns.
The American Gaming Association created GGW to develop a network for peers to connect with their colleagues. The group’s goal is for female gaming professionals to learn from one another, create lasting connections and nurture emerging women leaders. In 2016, GGW launched as an independent charitable organization to deliver high impact programs and events on a global scale to support, inspire and influence the development of women in the gaming and lottery industry.
CGS 2018 is Canada’s premier annual conference and exhibition for gaming professionals. The summit will offer educational tracks, awards, networking opportunities and a tradeshow floor featuring new products and industry services.
