Casino Niagara Opens Renovation

Ontario’s Casino Niagara has reopened its second level after spending a total of $7 million, including a $3.5 million renovation and $3.5 million in new slots and gaming technology. The casino held a ribbon cutting last week.

The Casino Niagara in Ontario, Canada, has reopened its second level after a .5 million renovation that included a new 275-seat sports themed restaurant and poker room with 24 seats, plus an additional .5 million on new slots and gaming technology. The investment is part of the casino’s plan to attract new guests and improve the experience for its loyal guests. The new gaming technology includes an interactive gaming zone featuring skill games.

The casino held an opening ceremony and ribbon cutting with VIPs such as the mayor of Niagara Falls, members of parliament, local business leaders and the Ontario Lottery & Gaming Corp. COO Greg McKenzie.

McKenzie commented, “OLG has been a member of the Niagara Falls community since Casino Niagara first opened in 1996. The new gaming technology, newly designed sports bar and enhanced dining experience will help keep business strong, which benefits both the city and region of Niagara Falls.
