Casino Opens in Clark Freeport

A sixth casino has opened in the Philippines’ Clark Freeport Zone. The $250 million D’Heights Casino (l.) offered 50 gaming tables and 576 slot machines to start, with 100 gaming tables expected to be on offer when the venue marks its grand opening in October.

The soft opening of the D’Heights Casino makes it an even half-dozen in the Clark Freeport Zone of Pampanga Province in the Philippines. The casino offered 50 gaming tables and 576 slot machines to start, with 100 gaming tables expected to be on the floor when the venue officially opens in October. The casino also has a VIP floor, a high-limit area called the D’ Heights Club and a junket area.

The $250 million property will also include an indoor water park, a man-made lake, villas, condominium towers, the Singapore International School, a 36-hole golf course, restaurants, duty-free shops, as well as commercial establishments, plus a five-star, 310-room Hilton Hotel and a Hyatt Regency. D’ Heights is located in the 309-hectare (764-acre) D’ Heights Resort and Casino.

Owner Dong Huang Clark Corp. also owns the Midori, Royce, Widus, Mimosa PAGCOR and the newly-opened Fortunegate Casino at Hotel Stotsenberg.
