CCT Moves Headquarters

Casino Cash Trac has completed its move to a new location, tripling its previous space as the company completes its second year on Inc. magazine’s list of 5,000 fastest-growing companies.

Casino Cash Trac, fresh off its naming to Inc. magazine’s list of 5,000 fastest-growing U.S. companies, has completed its move to a new headquarters in Tulsa, Oklahoma, tripling the space of its previous headquarters.

CCT, which provides software for casinos to manage their gaming and accounting operations, noted that the new two-story structure was designed to include a conference room, a pair of kitchens and leisure area equipped with a combination pool/ping ping table.

“We wanted it to be a fun place to work where everybody can hang out,” CEO Kurt Williams said.

Besides the space for its headquarters, CCT, anticipating further expansion, purchased four adjacent lots totaling about 1 acre, he said. Closing on in bringing its workforce to 22, the company also is focusing on hiring college graduates from area schools such as the University of Tulsa, Oklahoma State University and the University of Oklahoma.

“We have the experience level that we want on the development side and the other areas,” Williams said. “Now we are able to mentor and bring in some of the younger kids.”

Founded in 2012, CCT has made its mark in Indian gaming, but its reach now encompasses more than 100 clients in 13 states. The company went international for the first time in February, in Edmonton, Canada, and it also has a presence on the Las Vegas strip at the Tropicana.

“There is so much tradition around the Tropicana,” said Wanor Franca, the company’s chief revenue officer. “There is a picture in the cage there that shows Tropicana and nothing else around. It was just desert. Doing Tropicana for us was a huge milestone because it was our first true corporate casino and our first Vegas property.”

Williams co-founded the company with Drew Word, his college roommate at the University of Arkansas-Little Rock. The management team also includes Franca and Blake Doerr, chief technology officer.

“From a technology standpoint, you have some of the top gaming corporations in the world coming to Tulsa, and coming to Oklahoma to see the software and how it’s working and how it can change their lives,” Williams said. “That’s very new to them because Vegas is very Vegas-centric.

“That’s the message we want to put out. We’re doing something in Oklahoma that everybody else is being wowed about. We’re looking for smart, energetic people who want to be a part of the team. We’ll find a spot for you.”
