Cecelia Tse Heng Sai will replace Leung Hio Ming as president of the Macau Cultural Affairs Bureau. Leung Hio Ming, president since February 2017, is being removed due to illegal recruitment practices, reported the Macau News.

Secretary for Social Affairs and Culture Alexis Tam has accepted the resignations of Leung Hio Ming and Chan Peng Fai, vice-president of the bureau. They were charged with illegal recruitment practices committed between 2010 and 2015, which also forced the resignation of Ung Vai Meng earlier this year.
