Century Gaming Purchases Grand Vision Gaming

Century Gaming Technologies announced it has acquired Grand Vision Gaming, a leading software developer and manufacturer of gaming devices. Steve Arntzen (l.), CEO and president of Century, said GVG’s custom software development will enhance the product content offerings on all gaming machines manufactured by Century.

Century Gaming Technologies announced it has acquired Grand Vision Gaming, a leading software developer and manufacturer of gaming devices.

In a press release, the company said GVG’s custom software development will enhance century’s gaming machines manufactured by Century. GVG currently has over 6,000 video gaming machines installed in Montana, South Dakota, Louisiana and most recently, West Virginia.

“GVG’s current success in jurisdictions where Century does not have a distributed gaming route will be further enhanced by Century’s experience in the route industry,” said Steve Arntzen, CEO and president of Century. “This acquisition is a game changer for us. GVG allows us the ability to offer custom and truly proprietary game content for video gaming machines to our distributed gaming route customers—something we have always wanted to capitalize on.”
