Casino Cash Trac (CCT), a leading provider of software solutions and services, announced that Choctaw Nation has finalized the installation of the Casino Insight suite of tools for its 21 casino properties across the state, including the Durant Resort.
With Casino Insight, all properties are integrated and each property is virtually connected, allowing great efficiencies across the enterprise. The responses at all properties have been overwhelmingly positive, both from management and from customers.
“We are honored with the trust the Choctaw Nation has placed in us, and we are thrilled with the response from each of their properties,” said Drew Word, co-founder and chief operating officer of CCT. “The employees are very pleased with the implementation after a very diligent process, and we are grateful to our services team for their incredible hard work and dedication to the Choctaw Nation.”
“For us, efficiency and accuracy are critical, and we wanted to find a single solution that we could deploy across our entire organization,” said Christian Fenner, director of accounting for Choctaw Nation. “Casino Insight is the only solution to offer a full casino audit system (CAS), which allows us to better concentrate our efforts on our core goals as an organization by eliminating several manual processes and spreadsheets across Cage/Vault and Revenue Audit.
“From the beginning, CCT showed us it cares, Their on-site presence showed great commitment and support to our team throughout the entire implementation.”
First launched in 2012, Casino Cash Trac’s CAS solution for cage operations and revenue audit automation offers full integration with casino management systems, food & beverage systems, hotel systems and recyclers/kiosks/ATMs/cash dispensers, all on a single platform for superior auditing, management reporting, analytics and more.
“CCT relationships are rooted in a shared vision of helping clients use technology to overcome challenges and improve operations,” Word said. “We’re proud to build this new relationship with the Choctaw Nation, and the partnership between CCT and Choctaw has been wonderful. We are looking forward to the efficiencies CCT will add to Choctaw’s entire cage vault and revenue audit departments.”
