A new hotel brand called Libertine from Melco Resorts & Entertainment will not make its debut until at least mid-2019, according to Inside Asian Gaming.
For the next 12 months, the hotel tower will continue operating under the Countdown brand. The Countdown Hotel replaced the Hard Rock Hotel in July 2017, and is marking the time to its reopening on a so-called “countdown clock” designed by Dutch artist Martin Baas.
