The Spanish gaming operator Codere last week announced changes to its organizational structure that will make it better able to compete globally.
It is also going to give more accountability to regional divisions, appointing Rodrigo Gonzalez as manager in Mexico, Bernardo Chena to the rest of the Latin American market and Alejandro Pascual for Europe.
The new structure, approved last week by the board of directors, splits operational and regional leadership in two, with both groups reporting to CEO Vicente Di Loreto. Carlos Villaseca will continue in his role as chief operations officer for retail. Moshe Edree will do that for digital and Serafín Gómez will be in charge of security and compliance.
The restructure comes after the company posted a 9.9 percent drop in revenue in February over the previous year.
