Columbian entrepreneur Evert Montero Cardenas, has a dream of developing a Las Vegas-like casino resort in his country’s desert.
Cardenas is chairman of the Colombian Federation of Entrepreneurs of Games of Luck and Chance. He proposes the casino resort in La Guarjira, a Department of the country which is known for its deserts.
The project would requires billions of dollars in investments to realize. But first it would require a feasibility study. But Cardenas is using Las Vegas as an example to emulate because of how it was developed in a very harsh environment.
