Colorado Approves Daily Fantasy Sports

Mile High Racing & Entertainment has been approved by the Colorado Racing Commission to offer fantasy sports contests in nine locations statewide. Las Vegas-based USFantasy Sports will provide content for professional football, basketball, hockey, baseball and other DFS contests.

The Colorado Racing Commission recently announced it will allow Mile High Racing & Entertainment to offer fantasy sports contests in nine Colorado locations. The company will operate as Mile High Fantasy Sports, with Las Vegas-based USFantasy Sports providing content for professional football, basketball, hockey, baseball and other daily fantasy sports contests.

MHRE General Manager K. Bruce Seymore said, “We selected USFantasy Sports to provide our contests because of its skill-based content which met the commission’s requirements. We are thrilled to offer the next generation of daily fantasy sports to the citizens of Colorado, and we look forward to the opportunities that USFantasy Sports contests will bring to our current and future clientele.”

Mile High Fantasy Sports contests are available in Havana Park, Aurora; Red & Jerry’s, Sheridan; Sundance Steak House and Saloon, Fort Collins; Big D’s OTB, Greely; Post Time, Colorado Springs; the 8 Track at Bank 8 Billiards, Grand Junction; Southern Colorado Gaming and Event Center, Pueblo; and Softball Country and El Patrón Sports Bar, Denver.

USFantasy Sports is a skill-based daily fantasy contest platform combining traditional regulated parimutuel systems with traditional DFS contests. Players can enter contests for athletes to Win, Place or Show, among other multi-selection contests.
