Cash-handling equipment supplier Crane Payment Innovations announced it will use Advanced Gaming Associates (AGA), a diversified service company, for repair, warranty and maintenance of CPI products across the United States.
“We welcome AGA to our skilled contingent of authorized service centers,” said Eric Fisher, CPI president of gaming. “Their technicians are responsive, agile and fully dedicated to their tasks. We have no doubt they will be successful in meeting our high standards for customer service.”
AGA is now the largest part of CPI’s network of authorized service centers. AGA’s field service technicians will provide direct local support and train customers to understand and care for CPI equipment.
With offices in New Jersey and Las Vegas, AGA was founded by CEO Tony Tomasello. “CPI shares our passion for exceeding expectations with quality and performance,” he said. “We look forward to further enhancing their relationship with their customers.”
