The Investment Council of the Russia-controlled republic of Crimea has come out in support of a gaming zone on its southern coast, with a total investment of more than RUB 3 billion (US$48.4 million).
The Black Sea gaming zone will include a casino, a hotel complex, restaurants, cafes, entertainment and conference facilities, and other recreational areas.
Construction is set to begin in 2020 and be completed in 2023, according to Asia Gaming Brief. Council Director Denis Kozorez said the project will create 250 jobs.
