Customer Service Training Programs Set

Training certificates will be available for person who complete programs offered by Brad Worthley International at tribal locations in California, Oklahoma and Washington state.

Brad Worthley International has announced that for the first time in its 26-year history, they will be offering Open Enrollment Training Certificate Programs. Casinos can now send individuals or small groups to these powerful and training classes, which shall be available throughout the U.S. in 2017.

They have worked closely and developed strong relationships with tribal governments and their enterprises across the country over the last 15 years. The first open enrollment program being offered is the Master Trainer Certificate Program, which will be held on March 14-16 at the Tulalip Resort Casino, Tulalip, Washington. The second program is titled Leadership Development Certificate Program and it is being held on April 25 & 26 at the Wyandotte Casino, Wyandotte, Oklahoma. The third offering is titled Mastering Public Speaking Certificate Program, which will be available May 24 & 25 at the Valley View Casino, Valley Center, California. The fourth event is titled Service Culture Development Certificate Program, and it will be held on June 21 & 22 at the Choctaw Casino Resort, Durant, Oklahoma.
