Davis Joins Saratoga Casino & Raceway

Brian Davis of JCJ Architecture has joined Saratoga Casino & Raceway in New York State as its director of design and development.

Brian Davis, AIA, has been appointed the new director of design and development at Saratoga Casino & Raceway, the company has announced.

In his new role, Davis will oversee design and construction at the historic racetrack as the company adds a new hotel.

“As Saratoga Casino and Raceway’s lead architect for our first 10 years, Brian’s design expertise has played a key role in the development of our facility,” said Saratoga President Dan Gerrity.  “He is a recognized leader in our industry and I look forward to the future contributions that Brian will surely make to our continued success.”

In his 23 years as an architect with JCJ, Davis has worked extensively in the hospitality, gaming and racing industries. He also previously served as lead architect for Saratoga Casino & Raceway, overseeing projects in New York and Colorado over the past 10 years.

“I am excited to join Saratoga Casino as we embark upon this significant expansion project,” said Davis.  “Their unrelenting commitment to creating memorable experiences for each guest is one that I look forward to helping deliver through every step of the process.”

Saratoga is vying to win one of New York State’s first four casino licenses, approved by voters last November.
