Play’n GO has introduced a new online slot called Grim Muerto that invites players to celebrate Mexico’s “Day of the Dead” with the members of a mariachi band.
The five-reel, 20-line game features both wilds and scatters, the former, represented by a “guitar,” can substitute for all other symbols except the scatters to form winning combinations, a and two or more adjacent wilds on a pay line also win.
The two scatter symbols are a “book,” which appears during the main game, and a set of “candles,” which is activated during free spins. Before the free-spins round, the “book” reveals a random symbol that will serve as an extra wild throughout the feature. If a wild lands on the one reel marked “gold” it duplicates to substitute for all other symbols on that reel.
