Delaware North Purchases Australian Property

Delaware North will purchase SkyCity Entertainment Group's Darwin, Australia casino (l.) for $137 million. The two companies also will launch an online casino if Australian law allows that in the next decade. SkyCity will retain the right to access VIP gaming facilities for international business customers at the casino for two years.
