Delaware Online Gaming Revenue at $200,000 for March

Delaware’s three online gaming sites brought in $206,833 in March, up about 20 percent from February. Online poker accounted for $84, 391.

Delaware’s online gaming revenue remained small for March, but the numbers are increasing.

The state’s three gambling facilities generated $206,833 in online gaming revenue for the month, up from $166,454 in February, according to figures from the Delaware Lottery.

Online poker generated $84,391 in revenue, up from $73,971 in February.

Delaware Park, Dover Downs and Harrington Raceway offer online gambling in the state. Players must be physically located in Delaware to play.

Delaware Park led in revenue with $131,846.

Delaware has signed an interstate agreement to share online poker players with Nevada and officials hope the compact can be in place by summer. New Jersey—the only other state to allow online gaming—is reportedly interested in  joining the pact as well.

Due to Delaware’s small population, the pact is seen as a key step in growing online gaming in the state.
