Australia-listed Donaco International Ltd., which owns and operates leisure and entertainment businesses across the Asia Pacific region, has appointed Gerald Tan as the company’s new chief operating officer.
Tan now is vice president of business development at the company, managing Donaco’s business partnerships and VIP junket operations at Star Vegas in Poipet, Cambodia.
Tan has “played a key role in rebuilding the VIP business over the past six months,” said a statement from the company. “In this new role, Mr. Tan will continue to be based primarily in Poipet, with a focus on driving revenue and earnings from the Star Vegas business.”
