Dutch gambling regulator Kansspelautoriteit has released guidance notes towards national advertising and marketing standards that bar unlicensed sites from advertising in the country.

Dutch gambling regulator Kansspelautoriteit has released new advertising guidelines and warned foreign non-licensed operator that will not be allowed to advertise in any form in the country.

The Netherlands is expected to introduce new regulations for online gambling this year and the advisory is seen as a precursor to those planned laws.
