EGT Rolling in Colombia

With games in more than 20 casinos so far, Euro Games Technology has made an initial splash in the gaming market in Colombia, one of several Latin American markets the company is targeting.

Bulgarian slot manufacturer Euro Games Technology has reported a strong start in the Colombian gaming market, part of a push to expand the supplier’s presence in Latin America. So far, the company has installed 128 games in more than 20 casinos of major operator Codere in Colombia.

The slot product range that represents EGT locally at this stage includes already widely popular models, as well as some more recent additions to the company’s portfolio. Part of Codere’s gaming establishments are now equipped with the highly successful Classic Premier machines.

The best-performing and preferred P-24/24 Up cabinet and the elegant P-27/27 St Slim, featuring two high-resolution 27-inch widescreen monitors and trendy design, complete the slot selection of the operator. Both models are supplied with the Premier Multi 4, 5, 6 and Orange and Green Collection multi-game mixes, offering an array of some of the most popular EGT titles.

“Our partnership with Codere in the country is the next logical step of the fruitful long-term relationship between the operator and Euro Games Technology globally,” said Sylvia Marinova, director of EGT Colombia. “EGT’s products have proven their high performance in customers’ gaming establishments. Wherever our machines were installed, they were occupied by the local players most of the time. The users highly appreciated their elegant design, comfort, provided gaming choice, high-quality stereo sound and graphics, combined with the well-developed math models.”

Marinova also said the company is planning on many new installations within the next year that will widen the present Colombia EGT portfolio with several jackpot systems and some of the company’s newest models.
