Eilers & Krejcik Gaming (EKG) announced that Allen Ambrogio has joined the company as director of electronic money movement.
Ambrogio has held numerous leadership and executive positions at various online gaming operators over the last five years. He has developed key relationships with industry executives—both operators and vendors—and has used his expertise to launch multiple sportsbooks in several jurisdictions across North America.
Ambrogio was named as one of the 40 Under 40 Emerging Leaders in Gaming for 2020 by Global Gaming Business and The Innovation Group.
Prior to working in the gaming industry, Ambrogio obtained extensive electronic money movement knowledge by managing fraud and risk with some of the industry’s top e-commerce merchants. His operational knowledge, insight and leadership roles within the electronic payments segment have provided him with a unique skill set in a critical area of the emerging online sports and casino market.
“Allen is an outstanding addition to the EKG Electronic Money Movement team, and we look forward to utilizing his operational expertise and deep industry relationships and insight to help expand our presence and better serve our clients,” said Jerry Rau, managing director of electronic money movement at EKG.
“I’m very excited about this new role and having the opportunity to work with the Eilers & Krejcik team and helping the firm expand its Electronic Money Movement practice,” said Ambrogio.
