Eldorado Resorts has promoted Anthony L. Carano, its general counsel and secretary, to executive vice president of operations.
Carano, 34, has been Eldorado Resorts’ general counsel and secretary since joining the gaming firm in September 2014.
“Anthony’s experience and passion for this industry, our team members and our guests will be valuable in guiding the day-to-day operations of our properties, as well as the company’s future growth,” Eldorado Resorts Chairman and CEO Gary Carano said in a news release.
Anthony Carano will work with other executives and the company’s general managers to manage its daily operations.
He previously was an attorney for the McDonald Carano Wilson law firm in Las Vegas. He earned his law degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law. He also has an MBA from the University of San Francisco.
