The Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission approved Betfred, the world's largest privately owned retail bookmaker, to team with Elite Casino Resorts to provide technology and operate on-premise, mobile and online sports betting at Grand Falls Casino & Golf Resort (l.), in Larchwood, Iowa. Betfred operates more than 1,600 retail stores in the United Kingdom.
