EveryMatrix Launches DDoS Protection; Gets Irish License

EveryMatrix has launched a new DDoS protection service aimed at helping the online gaming industry and other clients to protect their systems from DDoS attacks and ensure continued seamless operation and security for their customers. The company has also been approved for online wagering in Ireland.

Online threats from DDoS attacks that target and cripple gambling websites are increasing, so EveryMatrix has launched its new Prolexic DDoS protection service.

“Adding Prolexic as part of our day-to-day service offering gives reassurance to our operators and partners that they are now fully protected from harmful DDOS attacks,” said EveryMatrix CEO Ebbe Groes.

Online criminals launch DDoS attacks to make an online location unavailable by flooding a targeted site with traffic from multiple sources, according to EveryMatrix.

Such attacks are particularly devastating for online gambling websites, where in-play betting, live casino games and instant transactions need speed and security to retain customers.

EveryMatrix says Prolexic can absorb the largest and most complex DDoS attacks ever launched to protect and restore critical infrastructure within minutes.

Meanwhile, EveryMatrix has been approved for remote bookmaking operations in Ireland and secured a betting license in the new regulated Ireland market.

“We are happy that EveryMatrix met the regulatory standards imposed by the Revenue Commissioners in Ireland and this gives us pride in delivering quality software solutions to clients that choose Ireland. At this moment, we are delighted to be among the first software providers that can offer the Remote Bookmaker operating license in Ireland.” said Ebbe Groes, Chief Executive Officer of EveryMatrix.
