Jonathan Halkyard is the new chief financial officer of Charlotte, North Carolina-based Extended Stay America.
Halkyard already is the company’s CEO and had served as its interim CFO after Peter Crage resigned from the position in July, the Charlotte Observer reported.
Extended Stay America also announced it will name Tom Bardenett its new chief operating officer and John Dent its general counsel. Bardenett recently worked for Interstate Hotels and Resorts while Dent worked for Hilton Worldwide.
