Kindred Group’s 32Red now has a live version of the Fast Track CRM platform.
The partnership hopes to give 32Red more flexibility for player engagement campaigns, and with less manual labor. The enhanced program provides access to more than 400 data points to define each segment, according to SBC News. This data helps automate the display of relevant content in emails, as well as creating a personalized experience.
“Fast Track’s flexibility has allowed us to build the platform we needed to execute on our vision for player engagement,” said Mike Kirwan, head of U.K. customer marketing at Kindred Group. “We are looking forward to making use of all the capabilities we have worked on with the Fast Track team, as well as continuing to collaborate on new ideas and features.”
Fast Track held a series of in-depth workshops along with ongoing discussions to develop the right foundation to implement the plan.
