Hotel chain Waterfront Philippines has been seeking the license since 2008 and finally has won a Supreme Court ruling ordering PAGCOR to award it. The proposed resort, Grand Waterfront Hotel and Casino, part of Manila’s Entertainment City (l.),is now in search of partners.
