Flutter to List on NYSE January 29

Online betting firm Flutter Entertainment, parent company of FanDuel as well as the Sky Bet and PokerStars brands, has officially registered January 29 as the date it will list on the New York Stock Exchange. The Dublin-Ireland based company will maintain its premium listing on the London Stock Exchange, and its inclusion on the FTSE 100 Index.

The company’s NYSE ticker symbol will be FLUT. It will continue trading under FLTR on the LST. On the same day it lists with the NYSE the company plans to cancel its secondary listing in Dublin, noting that Europe’s STOXX decided to remove Flutter from the EUROSTOXX index from December 18, according to The Guardian.

The date for the New York listing is subject to the public filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

Formerly known as Paddy Power Betfair, the company is going ahead with a secondary listing in the U.S. but noted that it may “pursue a primary listing in the U.S. in due course,” according to the Guardian report.
