As it approaches its December 2023 grand opening, pending regulatory approvals, Fontainebleau Las Vegas will hold a 5-day job fair starting Monday, September 25. The resort hopes to hire more than 6,500 team members, beginning with 1,500 employees for food, beverage and nightlife operations.
Fontainebleau Development President Mark Tricano said, “As we quickly approach a pinnacle moment in both Las Vegas’ and Fontainebleau’s history, we are excited to begin ramping up hiring efforts for our world-class resort. Through our hiring efforts, our members will join a vibrant community with a shared commitment to excellence and passion for humanized hospitality. We’re thrilled to welcome new members to Fontainebleau Las Vegas, where together, we will leave an indelible mark on the Las Vegas community and beyond.”
The 5-day hiring event will be held at Vū Las Vegas’ production campus, 901 Grier Dr., south of Sunset Road. The space will be transformed to capture the atmosphere of Fontainebleau Las Vegas nightlife and food and beverage venues.
Phase one, “NightCast: a Talent Recruitment Event,” will be held September 25 and September 26, focusing on hiring for the resort’s nightlife venue. Hiring for front-of-house food and beverage positions will be held September 28 and September 29 and recruiting for back-of-house food.
