Cypress Bayou Casino Hotel announced last week that Noel France, a native of Thibodaux, Louisiana, is the casino’s new director of food and beverage. France, who began his career at age 17, toiling in local restaurants, will work to develop new creative food concepts on-property as well as oversee all food and beverage operations.
“It has a little bit of everything,” he said of his profession. “You work with many like-minded people who are all working towards the same goal while having fun.”
