FSB Names Two U.S. Execs to Lead North American Push

FSB, a leading UK-based provider of sports betting and iGaming solutions, has named a pair of U.S. industry veterans to lead its expansion into North America.

Larry Pelzer, whose 17-year career includes stints at Scientific Games and Playport Gaming, has been named company as vice president of sales for North America. He will be responsible for driving brand awareness and introducing FSB’s retail and online betting products and services to operators this side of the Atlantic.

Mike Van Ermen, who most recently served as strategic operations manager for Circa Sports, is joining Pelzer as vice president of pre-Sales, charged with identifying potential partners as the expansion gets under way.

FSB Chief Executive Dave McDowell said the two will “play a central role” in the North American push.

They’re joining the company just weeks after the appointment of ex-Kambi CCO Ian Freeman as chief revenue officer and former Resorts Digital Gaming director Bob Akeret as vice president of operations, North America.

“This is a big year for FSB,” added McDowell, “and our in-house talent continues to get stronger.”
