Fubo Gaming has been approved to offer mobile sports betting in Arizona. The company, a subsidiary of fuboTV Inc., also has a license in Iowa. Both should go live in the fourth quarter of the year.

Fubo Gaming also has market access agreements in Pennsylvania through The Cordish Companies, along with Indiana and New Jersey through Caesars Entertainment Inc., according to TV Technology.

Sports bettors in Arizona will experience the “Watching Now” feature, which marries sports wagering and live streaming.

“Leveraging fuboTV’s first-party user behavior data to understand consumers’ viewing preferences and recommend relevant bets, the company intends to turn passive viewers into active, engaged participants,” the company said in a news release.

Fubo Gaming President, Scott Butera thanked the Ak-Chin Indian Community for their efforts in making this happen in Arizona. “We believe Fubo Sportsbook will add another exciting layer to the sports entertainment experience.”

In other Fubo news, the New York Jets will become an official sports betting partner with Fubo Sportsbook, the first such arrangement. As part of the deal, Fubo will build a 7,000-square-foot sportsbook at MetLife Stadium in time for the 2022 season, according to NJ Online Gambling.

“The New York Jets is a leading sports organization with a strong base of enthusiastic and loyal fans, and we strongly believe in the future success of the team,” Butera said.

In addition to being able to place wagers at the sportsbook, fans will be able to watch every NFL game.

“This partnership with Fubo Sportsbook is another major step for the New York Jets in our journey to prioritize engagement with our fan base, including the enhancement of their overall stadium experience on game day,” Jeff Fernandez, the Jets’ vice president of business development and ventures, said in the release.

In related Jets news, the team added WynnBET to its roster of official sports betting partners. The multi-year partnership includes access to luxury club space and partnerships for podcasts and pre- and post-game shows.

The team entered a partnership with MGM Resorts in 2018 that includes both sports wagering and casino gaming. The Jets also have an online partnership with 888.com.

The centerpiece to the team’s deal with WynnBET is the Green Room at Met Life Stadium. Ticketholders will have access to the 4,800-square-foot space, which will be open on game days and offer “an immersive sportsbook experience” in which fans will have access to WynnBET sports betting content.

“WynnBET is one of the most innovative and forward-thinking operators in the LSB (legalized sports betting) marketplace,” Fernandez said. “The Wynn name represents a premium brand and overall high touch experience that fits perfectly into the aura of the Green Room. We also expect Jets fans to enjoy the compelling new content on the Jets Podcast Network.”
