Full House Resorts Inc. has announced that Benjamin Douglass will be new general manager of the Rising Star Casino Resort in in Rising Sun, Indiana and named Terry Smith general manager of its Stockman’s Casino in Fallon, Nevada.
Douglass will transfer from Stockman’s Casino, where he has been assistant general manager since March 2017, to his new position. He previously was assistant general manager at Bronco Billy’s Casino and Hotel in Colorado, where he oversaw all departments, concentrating on table games, information technology and casino host areas. He began his gaming career in 2005 at Bronco Billy’s.
Terry Smith will transfer to Stockman’s Casino from Full House’s Grand Lodge Casino at the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino, where he is lead casino operations officer. He has worked at the Grand Lodge Casino since 1999 and has held a variety of positions in operations.
Full House CEO and President Daniel R. Lee greeted the appointments: “I am excited to welcome Ben and Terry into their new roles,” adding, “Over the last two years, we have invested significantly in both Rising Star and Stockman’s Casino to create, in many ways, entirely new properties.
