FullFlushPoker Exits U.S. States with Regulated Online Gambling

FullFlushPoker.com will no longer be available to gamblers in New Jersey, Nevada and Delaware, where online gambling is regulated in the U.S. The company said it is withdrawing from the regulated states so as not to damage their offerings in other states (where iGaming is completely illegal).

FullFlushPoker.com, part of the Equity Poker Network, has formally announced it is withdrawing its real-money gambling services from New Jersey, Nevada, and Delaware.

Those three states allow for regulated online gambling within their borders. The move means FullFlush will not run afoul of regulators in those states.

FullFlush players were notified of the move by e-mail.

“We have taken this action in order to ensure that the vast majority of our customers, who do not reside in New Jersey, Nevada, or Delaware, continue to have access to our site and to enjoy playing the game that they love without disruption or inconvenience,” FullFlush officials said in a press release. “Our priority still remains our players, and we’re proud to provide our loyal customers from around the globe with a fun and entertaining poker environment that they can trust, and that operates with the highest values of fairness, integrity and security.”

Meanwhile, the company announced it is expanding its European base by acquiring European-focused online poker room IntegerPoker.eu.
