Printing and couponing supplier FutureLogic announced several changes to its senior leadership team. Former CEO Eric Meyerhofer has been elected FutureLogic chairman, replacing Miles Arnone, who remains a member of the board of directors.
“I am delighted to announce these changes to the FutureLogic executive team,” said Meyerhofer. “By accepting the role of chairman of the board at FutureLogic, I will be able to pursue my long-term commitment to the strategic direction of the company while allowing me the time to pursue other opportunities outside the company.”
Meyerhofer will be moving on to become the CEO of Gamblit Gaming, a startup company focused on providing internet and land-based products to operators and service providers in the gaming industry.
Peter Murphy, formerly the company’s COO, has assumed the position of FutureLogic CEO. He joined FutureLogic in 2013 with over 24 years experience in managing technology businesses. He was president and CEO of Astrodyne Corporation, a power solutions company, from 2005 to 2013, and was president and CEO of Parlex Corporation and chairman of the IPC, the world’s largest electronics standards organization, from 2002 to 2005.
FutureLogic also has announced that Nick Ortyl has joined the company as chief operating officer. With over 20 years of business operations experience and engineering leadership, Ortyl was vice president and general manager of L-3 Communications, a provider of electronic systems used on commercial and military platforms, from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, he led the Global Engineering Division of John Deere and was general manager of Dresser Industries Instrument Division.
“I am excited to join FutureLogic at this exciting stage in their growth strategy,” said Ortyl. “The recent product launches of PromoNet, TableXchange and Ticket2Go provide FutureLogic with three outstanding new platforms to grow its global gaming business.”
“I am thrilled with the new additions and look forward to working with the new leadership team,” concluded Murphy. “Nick Ortyl as our new COO bolsters an already strong management team which includes Tony Shepherd (CFO), John Edmunds (CMO), and Mark Meyerhofer (CTO). I am pleased that the company is in capable hands as we continue to develop new markets and expand our portfolio of innovative ticketing and couponing solutions.”
