IT professional services company G.H.I. Solutions has added Pam Eversole and Sam Kim to its team of gaming and hospitality experts.
Eversole was formerly director of technical services for Agilysys, and served the same role at Inter-American Data Inc. She is a prominent IT consultant and project manager, specializing in IBM Power System infrastructure projects, ongoing systems maintenance, systems operations and High Availability/Disaster Recovery (HA/DR) solutions.
Eversole has maintained IBM Certifications for every generation of IBM RISC Systems, including the current version of IBM Power Systems.

Solutions team, because she brings to our customers an intimate understanding of the IT business requirements of hospitality and gaming industries, and she has a proven ability to manage and execute successful technical projects,” said G.H.I. Solutions President Claudia Winkler.
Kim was most recently senior director of Caesars Entertainment’s Program Management Office and Enterprise IT. He also has held several high-level positions for Hewlett-Packard. including director of worldwide product generation, general manager of the Calculator Division, and project & program manager.
Kim has global experience in enterprise IT implementation, operations, security, P&L, product development, outsourcing, lean process, organizational leadership development and cultural change management.
“Sam has a keen ability to find solutions among problems,” said Winkler. “He has proven himself on the world stage, having dealt extensively with IT systems, services, business process modeling, outsourcing, negotiations, implementation, operations, application development, and infrastructure design & build.”
