G2E Asia Plans Philippines Expo

G2E Asia will present the inaugural G2E Asia @ the Philippines trade show, to be held at the Marriott Manila December 3-4, 2019. The all-new show is expected to attract 3,500 land-based and online gaming operators, sports betting companies, manufacturers and others. G2E Asia has confirmed it will expand its offerings outside Macau for the first time this year with the inaugural G2E Asia @ the Philippines to be held at the Marriott Manila December 3-4, 2019.

An offshoot of the original G2E Asia, which celebrated its 13th edition at the Venetian Macao in May, G2E Asia @ the Philippines is expected to attract around 3,500 visitors representing gaming platforms, software and systems, land-based and online casino/gaming operators, sports betting, integrated resorts and hotels, gaming affiliates and regulators, according to organizers. Blockchain, cybersecurity and FinTech solutions will also be addressed.

“It is an honor for the Philippines to host this globally renowned event as it reflects the region’s exciting and upward growth in gaming and entertainment, while supporting our work to preserve the integrity of the industry,” said Andrea Domingo, chairwoman of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp. (PAGCOR), the government-run gaming regulator .

Josephine Lee, chief operating officer of Reed Exhibitions Greater China, added, “We’re excited to expand the G2E Asia brand with this new expo in the Philippines, bringing new opportunities for growth and innovation to the Asian gaming-entertainment industry.”

G2E Asia said its new Philippines expo is aimed at providing an opportunity for attendees to meet peers and grow brand awareness in and around the ASEAN gaming industry.
