Galaxy Gaming Enters Czech Republic

The Las Vegas-based company continues to expand its presence in the European Union. Galaxy Gaming’s entry into the Czech Republic constitutes the company’s first installations in Eastern Europe. Company execs say the market has major potential.

Table games company Galaxy Gaming, Inc. has added the Czech Republic to its global operational footprint, according to a statement from the company. It has begun its first installations in Eastern Europe. And executives said they intend to expand in more international locales.

“We are proud to be in the Czech Republic and pleased that our products continue to gain international acceptance,” said Galaxy Gaming CEO Robert Saucier. “The Prime Table Games acquisition three years ago instantly made us the No. 1 casino table game company in the

United Kingdom. Besides the successful growth we have enjoyed in the U.K., the acquisition served as a springboard for us to increase our presence throughout Europe.”

“We expect to succeed in the Czech Republic for the same reasons we succeed everywhere: Entertaining products with a unique look and feel that provide a winning experience,” said Dean Barnett, Galaxy Gaming sales manager. “We believe the Czech market has the potential to see real results.”

“Our company is on firm footing, moving fast and increasingly confident of our bottom-line potential,” said Galaxy CFO Gary A. Vecchiarelli. “We plan on maintaining our momentum, and expansion into new markets is an instrumental aspect of that strategy.”
