Mashantucket Pequot Gaming Enterprise, which owns Connecticut’s Foxwoods Casino, and GameAccount Network PLC, now known as GAN, have agreed to end their current partnership and will conduct a managed exit over the next six months.
The two companies said only that they have divergent commercial objectives in the United States.
Both sides said they felt the partnership had been productive under the Foxwoods brand.
