Youngstown, Ohio-based Gasser Chair Company and Netherlands-based gaming services supplier Gaming Support announced a partnership at ICE London under which Gaming Support will distribute Gasser products in 11 European countries.
Gaming Support will supply, service and stock Gasser seating products exclusively for major customers including Holland Casinos. Gasser has supplied seating to Gaming Support for 15 years.
“It gives us a lot more coverage, and we don’t have to worry about gaming licenses because Gaming Support has a lot of those already,” Gasser Communications Manager Kevin Buck told CDC Gaming Reports. “It will be substantial. There will be new properties we can target now—specifically, video arcades—venues that hold slot machines. We have the opportunity to stock some products in Europe and give us the ability to target the arcades.”
According to the CDC report, the agreement is the result of negotiations begun between the two companies at the Global Gaming Expo in October. Gasser will provide products directly to gaming support, which will deliver them to their customer locations.
