GEObet Launches Tribal Business

GEObet Network has launched a North American initiative to help bring Native American tribes into the internet gaming space.

GEObet Network used the recent tribal Trading Routes Conference in Las Vegas to launch a new tribal brand, with the aim of strengthening tribal trading in North America, specifically in the internet gaming space.

GEOWorldwide LLC is a North American initiative to join Northern and Southern Tribes in a joint effort to raise economic development. Gionet has been a driving force in economic development in the tribal economy, with the GEObet Network helping bring Tribes and First Nations – such as NorthernBearCasino.com – into the iGaming space.

GEOWorldwide LLC was launched at Trading Routes, a conference held last week in Las Vegas, which brought together leaders of tribes, and First Nations from the United States and Canada with the aim of rendering North America “borderless.” GEObet Network CEO Gerry Gionet gave the opening speech at the conference, where guest speakers included Northern Bear Casino CEO Bernard Shepherd.

The Trading Routes conference was attended by tribal chiefs and tribal business leaders, with keynote speaker Chief Clarence Louie, who spoke on successful economic ventures in Indian Country. A number of industries were represented at the conference, with iGaming speakers joined by those from the financial and natural resources sectors.

“It is important to continue to establish our tribal trading—we travel today as we did in our history with the U.S. and Canada border in place, as we traveled and traded for thousands of years,” Gionet explained.
