The National Indian Gaming Commission is one of the most influential bodies in tribal gaming, and the commission’s Vice Chair Jeannie Hovland has become a key leader in both the NIGC and the tribal industry overall. Despite the recent departure of longtime chairman Sequoyah Simermeyer, things aren’t slowing down for the commission, which is set to release its highly anticipated revenue report later this summer.
